Returns & Exchanges

At Agora Square, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns:

Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Clearance or final sale items are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return:

1- Contact our customer support team at agora.innovative@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

2- Our team will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and shipping instructions.

3- Securely package the item and include the RAN inside the package.

4- Ship the item to the provided return address.

Refunds & Processing:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

If opting for an exchange, we will ship the replacement item once the original product has been received and inspected.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
